Services
I offer services to ensure your instrument sounds great and lasts longer. With over 30 years of experience, I handle repairs, adjustments, maintenance and instrument sales with care and skill.
Repair and restauration
With over 30 years of experience, I specialize in repairing and restoring old instruments. My focus is always on preserving the instrument's original structure and sound quality. Every restoration is done with care, respecting the instrument's history and value.
Instrument making
I craft custom violins and violas using traditional methods. My instruments are inspired by the designs of Italian masters like Guarneri, Stradivari and Guadagnini. Each piece is carefully built to ensure exceptional sound quality. You’re welcome to visit my workshop and try them out.
For young players
A young musician doesn’t need a Stradivarius, but a quality, well-sounding instrument is essential for learning. A properly functioning instrument helps children hear their progress and supports the development of correct technique from the start.
We offer all violin sizes for children. When purchasing an instrument, I accept trade-ins of outgrown violins for the next size, deducting only the maintenance costs. Renting is also a great option.
Rental instruments
Renting is a great option, especially for young players who quickly outgrow their instruments and need a new size every 1–2 years. My rental instruments are high-quality and well-maintained, offering the same standard as those for sale.
Violin and Viola: €16–€25/month
Cello: €20–€30/month
Annual maintenance
An annual check-up is essential for your instrument’s upkeep. Cleaning and inspection once a year help prevent damage and keep your instrument in excellent playing condition. Book a maintenance appointment to ensure your instrument stays in great shape for years to come.
Instrument sales
I offer both new and used string instruments in various price ranges. Every instrument is carefully inspected and adjusted, ready for players. If you’re looking for a new instrument, I’ll gladly help you find one that suits your needs. Contact me to learn more about the available instruments.
Adjustments and rehairing
The sound of your violin can improve significantly with the right adjustments. The bridge, sound post, and string selection play a key role in shaping the tone. Bring your instrument in for a check-up, and we’ll ensure it’s in the best possible playing condition.
